Where to find this setting?!

Hey everyone, long time lurker first time poster.I have been reading and learning a lot so far. I saw this setting on a website photo, but they didn't have any additional info about it. I looked on Tacori's website and the Tacori Criss-Cross Channel-Set & Pave is similar, but the pave goes all the way around and I like the look of it stopping half way. Anyone know where to find this or what it is called? Thanks!!

You can ask them to price you for a 3/4 eternity or 1/2 eternity (like the picture) instead of full eternity. http://www.since1910.com/ Carries Tacori. They will do all three 3/4, 1/2 and full on their designs.
