Where to find nice ruby earrings

Looking for ideas on where to purchase some small ruby studs, preferably with some diamond accents. Quality over quantity within reason, hoping for small but mighty! The budget is up to 1k, we are open to estate/pre-owned. This is a graduation gift for my sister, finishing up her bachelor's in nursing in her 30's! Any ideas for online vendors or tried & true Etsy vendors would be awesome, we are open to setting a nice pair of rubies. Thank you!
