where to find cathedral settings online?

Hello everyone! I need to find a solitaire cathedral setting similar to the one on blue nile. They will not sell individually. I''m looking for one between 3mm and 3.6mm. I think 4mm would be too big on a size 5 finger. What do you think? Thanks for the help.
