Where to find 2mm or smaller band

I''m searching for a setting with a band 2mm wide or thinner with diamonds going about 1/2 way around. Something with small round diamonds going about 1/2 way around the band. A basic 4 prong setting. Anyone know where I can find something like this online?

I''ve found variations, mostly antique in style with etching and some without etching. PLEASE, PLEASE help!?
