Where to buy?

I''m in the market for a new gemstone ring for my birthday. I''ve been collecting them while I wait for my diamond upgrade! I''ve mostly gotten inexpensive rings set in sterling from on-line shopping sites and have actually been very happy with them. But this time around the budgets more like $300. I think I''m set on blue, probably a topaz. Any suggestions on where to shop on-line? I saw one I like on Bell Jewels, but there are no reviews which makes me nervous.
