I''ve been looking for one for over a year. I saw one at a jeweler''s in Chicago (I''m in TX) last fall, but it was more than I wanted to pay

I''m thinking somewhere btw 3-7 carats. I was watching the Gem Shopping Network last night and they had one that looked perfect. Nice rich green, not that washed out mint/grassy color that can happen. Anyway, not sure that I would want to buy from a TV network as I prefer to buy from independent jewelers or any venue that has been recommended. But, I''m getting antsy because the one on GSN was soooo pretty. Any other suggestions of where I could look? Thanks!

It’s going to be lovely to have a tsavorite bracelet! Unfortunately, I have no idea where you are going to be able to find 7 matched tsavorites of around 1 ct each. That is also going to be rather expensive because large tsavorites aren’t that common. Add to the fact that you want so many and to be matched, is an even taller order. You might be able to find smaller ones but even then, it’s going to be a difficult search.

Small tsavorite are also widely available from a number of stone dealers. Having something like this made from commercial parts can be a great way to get a piece with the quality finish of a custom piece without the high cost.
