Where to buy in St. Louis/Chicago?

I live in St. Louis, MO and am looking for a jeweler. I want someone who does great custom work. I will drive up to 5 hours. The next largest city is Chicago. I have been thinking about Whiteflash but wanted to check if there is anyone closer so I can actually see the ring/design.

Dimend Scassi is in Chi, they might do custom work.
