Where is a respectable place online to buy CS gemstone jewelry? I'd like to add some to my wishlist for DH but now that I've been converted to CS snobbery, I can't fathom buying from some of my previous go-to sellers.

Most of my pieces are customized through Etsy, but a lot of my favorite Etsy sellers have a healthy selection of stock pieces...Sally, Daniel M, and JKT, for example. Barry also has some finished pieces (usually Stuller pendants).
