Where is the DB area and what is it?

I keep seeing postings in the various forums here where people are going to list rings that they want to sell and they are referring to "posting to the DB". What is the DB and where is it located - is it a part of this website?
I know that people love to abbreviate, but it is extremely frustrating for newcomers who are trying to figure out where things are when there is no other information other than that!
I tried looking everywhere on this website and could not find a place where items are for sale....can someone clarify this? Thanks from a newbie....

If you go to "Forum" then "Pricescope Cafe" then "Preloved PS Jewels" most of those posts will have links to DB.

The rules used to be that posters could NOT put up links to outside websites about gems and jewelry they were selling, so you couldn't really put a link up. The Preloved Forum is new, and we are all trying to get used to the new rules. But since we couldn't post the name before, everyone is still hesitant to post now. It took me about a year to figure out what everyone was eluding to!

Then you are allowed to post a link to your listing here on Pricescope's forum which is dedicated to members selling their "pre-loved" bling.
