Where in NYC can I bring a loose diamond for custom setting?

Hello All,
I am new here to this forum. So please don't mind the question. But I am asking for a list of places where I can safely bring a loose ACA diamond from WhiteFlash to a trustworthy place in Manhattan or in NYC for a custom setting. Any one have recommendations from their own experiences of highly rated jewelers that will do this?

What type of setting are you wanting? Handmade, cast, pave etc? That might make a difference to who'd we recommend..
