where can I find titanium cufflinks and tie slide/clip/bar?

Anyone know where I can find some titanium cufflinks and matching tie clip/slide/bar via the internet? Or perhaps some vendors who can make them? I would like to get a really nice gift for my boyfriend, but I also don''t want to spend a fortune!!

I also live in Winnipeg Canada and there really isn''t any options out here...
