I also got my tahitian necklace (might consider it a rope at 35") from Pearl Society on Ebay, also http://tahitianpearls.biz might have some beauties and http://catherinecardellinipearls.com has some pretty fun ropes, and i believe one had a mix of freshwaters and tahitians, but I could be wrong.

Chenai replied and asked me round or baroque and length. I don't know what looks good on me. Is round or baroque better looking? What length do I need if I want it to look like 3 layers when roped? Thanks for helping.

It depends on the size of pearls you select. Smaller MM pearls take shorter ropes to go around your neck. Ask PP for advise. They can show you photos with the pearls on a real person's neck.
