Where can I buy a temporary loose diamond setting

I am after one of the adjustable temporary settings that I see people on here have when they have bought a loose diamond. I have looked on Amazon and the net in general and I must be calling if the wrong thing. Any ideas? Thanks!

Just want to be sure you understand they aren't temporary settings...they are basically just a stone holder. You shouldn't actually wear the stone out of the house with one of these!
