Sydney Australia, late afternoon, bright, sunny and still hot though (summer time here). Just about to start watering the pots in the garden.
 
7.16am, in bed in England.
 
6.20 pm, eating longans and watching Lethal Weapon
 
Standing in my best friend's mother's kitchen at her new place, I'm nearly 4 hours north of home and at a bordertown called Wodonga. It's currently 110 degrees (oh wait, that's the temp check thread lol)
 
7:48 AM in bed still enjoying coffee and PS with our kitties.
DH got out of bed at 5AM to do laundry and he just joined me for more coffee in bed before he starts cooking.
I'm getting ready to get up and workout soon.
 
8:25 a.m. in bed with two kitty cuddlebugs.
 
Sitting at my daughter's computer station in her bedroom at almost 8:30 AM Saturday. In Connecticut (New England) in the United States where it is winter and cold, but sunny. (My daughter is sleeping in my room which is across the hall.)
 
7:38 am in Chicago. In bed sipping coffee and contemplating what to wear today's women's march!

Currently 35, with a high of 42, and mostly sunny. A beautiful day for a protest!
 
Almost 9am ET here... the twins are up, but the 12 year old, not so much. lol. We're eating breakfast and listening to The Corrs. I'm contemplating about taking them to the march in our city too...
 
Just got home after dinner and watching the new Dave Chappelle special on Netflix with my husband. :sleep:

LOL, funny you ask! My company bought us all black lightweight Patagonia down coats and gave them out yesterday. It's the perfect thing to wear for this, but my company logo is on the sleeve. I am contemplating putting a piece of duct table over the logo because if I somehow end up on the news I'm sure they would not appreciate that type of publicity!

Good distinction Stephanie. One of my favorite quotes by Milton is “The mind is its own place and in itself, can make a heaven of hell or a hell of heaven” and I find this a very poignant and truthful statement. Though both your reality and your ideal sound pretty darn good to me. :kiss:

So I guess the question “where are you?” can take on more than one meaning...

10:25 am here. I get up at 5am every morning and walk the dog, fed her, go to work. No work today so I cleaned the floors:lol:. I'm back in bed having a cup of coffee. I don't really have much to do today I guess.
 
10:44, I'm suffering with a sinus infection and watching sesame Street with my toddler.
 
At the kitchen bar doing Pricescope and cleaning fridge at the same time...also boiling some eggs for salad.
