Where are all the GIA graded lab grown diamonds sold?

I've been doing some preliminary research on lab grown diamonds and I've noticed that if certification is available, then it is almost always provided by IGI. Although, GIA's website indicates they grade "synthetic diamonds." Are GIA graded cultured diamonds present among those sold by noteworthy sellers but they're such a minority that its difficult to notice them in the mix?

GIA does not currently provide specific color or clarity grades on their reports for synthetic diamonds. For example, a "G SI1" and a "J SI2" would both receive the same exact GIA grade of "Near Colorless, Slightly Included," despite the diamonds being visually different even to an untrained consumer. I suspect GIA's decision to be imprecise is mostly political, but that is why most grown diamonds are sent to other labs that do provide full accurate reports.
