I met Melissa from High Performance Diamonds through my best man who recently proposed to his fiance with a stunning diamond ring. I was looking for something slightly different...my fiance wanted a sapphire ring. I wasn't having much luck after visiting several jewelers until Melissa enlightened me and I was exposed to the incredible world of sapphires. She provided sound guidance throughout and I was introduced to Richard Homer whose work is simply out of this world.
Melissa is clearly passionate about her work and she knows exactly what she is talking about: better yet, she is quick to discern what the client wants and how to achieve it. She does not shy away from her honest opinion and recommendations; this is something I value and appreciate. After viewing several sapphires through pictures & videos guided by Wink who is also fantastic, I was able to pick 'the one' and move onto the custom mount. The journey was fun, the team were extremely professional, efficient and Melissa was always at hand to answer any questions or concerns (thank you for being so patient with us!)
