When do you think mainstream LGD sellers will start offering silver settings?

Just making conversation. There are a few LGD stones that I am patiently waiting to come down in price but I might consider them now if the settings were low-cost. There was a seller on Etsy who offered silver; forgot their name. Wonder if/when the mainstream sellers will offer silver as an option. (Yes, I know that silver is not ideal for long-lasting settings for diamonds, but we are talking occasional wear.)

Some of them might already, depending on which company/bench that they use for their setting work...would need to inquire and get a quote.
Frequent wear and cleaning might be better for silver so it isn't sitting more often than not growing a patina while tarnishing, no?
