The only person who can tell you the stone is eye clean is you. Vendor''s definition of eye clean may not be yours.

Here is our definition:

Eye-clean means that inclusions are not seen when the diamond is viewed in the face-up position between 8 and 10 inches away, using natural daylight and 20/20 vision. This is our baseline.

It’s well-known that if someone is nearsighted or has radar vision they may see more than others. For that matter, scrutiny from 2.5” away, after studying the plot of inclusions or for over-long periods of time could reveal more - but those are not normal viewing conditions.

When looking at magnified photos, remember that no one ever sees a diamond at 40x mag when they walk into a jewelry store - unless they are permitted to see it under a microscope. A large computer monitor makes that 40x photo even more revealing.

Try this: Take a mm ruler and place it on your screen. Measure the picture on the monitor and then compare that to the actual size of your diamond, from the documentation. This will give an idea of the virtual compared to the reality.

Eye clean maybe, maybe not but the cut is nice.
Its worth having the vendor eyeball the inclusions.

i don't think you will be dissapointed.
as for the inclusions, well that pic is magnified at 40x and only shows a few flecks. you will probably have a hard time seeing those in everyday normal human conditions

Call me crazy, but I''m not wild about the stone. I see a bunch of black bars in the scope and the stone photo - which I don''t care for. Maybe it''s the camera angle?

More likely it is the camera itself reflected into the stone... the same could be seen in very low or diffuse light in real life (odd conditions). Those are the same optical effect as the arrows in a H&A round ( "contrast brilliance").

the ''black bars'' are indicactive of the step cut of the asscher. it is supposed to look that way. (really!)
