My Stepdad gave me some lovely Gerber Daisies today, which happen to be my favorite flower! Thought I would grab a few bling/flower shots while they still look good.

What is your favorite flower? Care to post some pics?

I rarely buy flowers for myself (I really should splurge on flowers more often), but I love peonies, potted orchids, and tulips. The only flowers I'm not particularly partial to are roses... it's rare to find commercially sold roses that are spectacular. I love big stalks of iris and calla lilies also.

Me too! I actually love the sight of fields of wild flowers... Even if most of them are "weeds". I think they are beautiful!

Gerbera daisies used to be my favorite flowers, but I've been fancying yellow tulips for quite some time, now.

ETA: Oooh, I do love daffodils, as well.

I love Calla lillies. It reminds me of my wedding because we got married the day before Easter and the church was filled with them and my husband now brings me home a calla lilly most every year on our anniversary.
I also love stargazers.

Mmmmm - i love flowers!

favorites are pale pink peonies, lime green orchids, old fashioned roses - the uber big ones!, pansies and freesias in all colors. oh - and hydrangeas. and sweet peas.

my favorite bunch is pink peonies, mauve hydrangeas and lime green cymbidium orchids - the ones with the pink and white centers.

Daisies are mine too! I love them all but Shastas are my fav (sentimental) and brown eyed susans my least fav (pretty but the most boring of daisies imo). I love the gerbers too - all of them!! Actually my fav fav are the little ones that sprinkle in the grass but they look like shastas

Oriental lillies

I had them in my wedding bouquet and my husband buys them for me every Valentines Day and anniversary. They smell divine.

This Madagascar jasmin [stephanotis] is quite hardy and the scent is TDF!

I like to place a pearl in the center when I bring them indoors, also have Alstromerias [peruvian Lily] going wild now.
