The Victoria Diamond Cluster pendant...and you only have to chip in $4200.Just kidding. My thought is this...either you buy something that is overpriced and not something that you really like or you use the $400 toward the purchase of something that you want. I had the same issue but it was a return of a baby gift for store credit. I used the proceeds of the unwanted gift and bought a beautiful silver frame I used for daughter's baby picture. She can use it when she gets married. I had to add $ to make the purchase happen but I love it. Suggestions around the $400 mark are the P.Picasso Olive leaf pendant-medium, or two Loving Heart Bar pendants that you can engrave and give as gifts to daughters, sisters, mom etc. They are each $225. If you go higher, the Atlas pierced circle with diamonds in gold for $850 or Bowtie (med) in gold for $975. I only looked at pendants and no housewares or other jewelry.....
Would you consider something other than jewelry? IIRC the Italian leather zip wallet is $400 & Tiffany blue is amongst the color choices; think all their sunglasses styles are about $350 (the ones I tried on were very comfortable). Or perhaps something(s) in the Housewares section?Thank you for all of the suggestions. I'm leaning towards getting some earrings at this point, maybe with a colored stone so it's not "just" silver. Guessing their colored stones are as overpriced as their silver, but what do you think?

Understand completely -- but hey, what about that $375 ice cream scoop! It doesn't have to be jewelry but I'd feel a little strange spending $350 on a pair of sunglasses at our current income level, and I just got her a new wallet.
Or you can offer it up for sale or barter.![]()
