Whats the technical term for...

Hi all,

Im currently searching pricescope to find any examples of rings where the band dosent do a complete 360 degrees or at least doesnt meet end to end, is there an offical term for rings of this design as im not having much luck finding any? (I end up with lost of results for split shank rings)

I guess "open end" or "open ended" ring.

Bypass ring would be one way to describe it.
