Whats the difference betwen Pave X Prong and Royal Pave X prong?

Whats the difference between these two Vatche settings? It''s very difficult to tell from any pictures I''ve seen.

The Royal tapers smaller toward the center stone.

The Royal Pave X prong sits a little bit taller, weighs a little more and has a little more diamond weight in the pave if I remember correctly. It costs a little more than the pave X prong.

Visually they are VERY hard to tell apart.
