What''s the best way to copy pictures from here to one file...?

Can anyone please give me an idea on how to put all pictures posted here in one spot.I am going to take some pics posted to the jeweler and not able to do that.I have saved everything to desktop , but want to take pics and some description to him and not the whole thing.Anyone? Thanks so very much..

I just paste them all into a word document together on one page. I just use the insert file option.

Thanks : I don''t have a word program on my mac.Perhaps there is another way to do this? I could print the pics I suppose , but they look good here..Thanks for any suggestions..

can you save them all and email them to the jeweler out of iphoto?

Thanks to all...I did it !!!! ( almost killed me worse than taxes

) Anyways thanks I did it from my pc rather than mac and it worked ok.Many thanks again...
