Howdy everyone. I''m new to the boards, so hello to all. I have a mens ring setting that was my grandfathers. It''s 14kt white and yellow gold, and holds 9 stones approx 3 mm round. I want to get some emeralds set in there, and was wondering what the average cost to get the stones SET would be? Are most jewelers around the same on cost, or do they vary greatly? ***ALSO**** What do you guys think about the Gem Shopping Network? I think they are extremely high on most stuff. I just get a kick out of watching them sell Pink Tourmalines for $400 a carat and Amethyst for $10 a carat.
