What's reasonable regarding neighbor's dog barking?

I don't expect any major disturbances, especially before 8am and after 8pm.

I do live next to a park, and noise from there does not bother me. But barking would.

TooPatient, I totally forgot about the power tools. They are what spoils the quiet here (my own included). Something about a silent Sunday morning seems to scream "hey, let's cut that hedge. Over and over..." round here.

We do live near a kids' playpark. I must be the official village scary lady - they're ever so quiet while they play there...
