What''s a good schedule for video presentations?

When is the most convenient time for presentations on the video channel? As a presenter, it’s distinctly difficult to prepare as much as a single decent presentation every few weeks and it would be helpful for us to know when would be the best times for the watchers. Does it really matter?

The poll system doesn’t seem to be able to collect more than one answer from each person so if you have any comments on what would be a handy schedule, just add it to a separate post.

which is 9est.

Recording is a great idea if possible. The last 2 slots were more appealing to me being on the west coast.
