What would you do?

HI!!
I am looking to buy this diamond online to put in a white gold pave band. I am a bit nervous after seeing the report, is this a nice diamond? or should I go for a smaller one with higher quality? My diamond budget is $4,600. WHat do you guys think? Thank for your help.

Yes, with those angles I would like to see an IS for sure.

I thought an excellent cut meant that it would have good angles?? This is confusing there are so many different things to consider

No...you can not go buy those descriptions....You have to check the angles yourself. You can use the HCA to do an initial check on the
stone. Anything that scores 2 or below has potential. 1.2 is not better than 1.8...justs go for 2 or less.
