What the stone lacks in color it has in excess of fenestration. The setting is underwhelming.
I think a reasonable offer would be a hundred bucks, which is about what one could hope to get for the setting as scrap.

I wouldn't pay more than around $100 for that either. But I doubt the seller would let it go for that price given the unreasonably high price they're listing it at.
