what to do with these 5 oval diamonds?

i have a plantinum oval 5 stone ring that I'm not particularly fond of, I'm considering resetting the stones into yg post earrings.
Does anyone have 2 oval diamonds set per ear that they could show for inspiration? Or even one? I've considered making a floral cluster ring and using the ovals as petals. Any photos you have to share, I'd appreciate it. My hands are cut up from a fencing project

If you have example photos, that would help. I don't wear a lot of jewelry but when I do, I'm drawn to pieces a bit tarnished/worn patina. My wedding ring is a 4.71 antique cushion with antiqued single cut diamonds at the gallery. This ring was custom, and if I had some ideas then I bet grace would help me with another project. That ring alone, is plenty of bling for everyday. My farm animals don't notice lol. I don't get out much ‍
Earrings sound simple, I like that. Maybe they could be rhodium plated to look antique...
I'm drawn to georgian- edwardian and Victorian pieces.

The ideas here are terrific.

Another possibility is a bracelet or necklace where the diamonds are set together or apart along the chain, much like these. Though I love the floral look shown earlier as well!
