What to do with my wife''s original stone

we are upgrading my wife''s current bridal set - and after that will have to decide what to do with her 1.12 carat princess cut - we were thinking of a simple pendant - is it possible for me to buy anywhere a setting for this stone - and then have a local jeweler put it all together for me?
