Ok. I think my recent RHR might have been a bit of an impulse buy. I loved it when I bought it a month or two ago, and I still love looking at it. But it doesn't get worn. Not sure if it's because of the color difference with my engagement ring, if it's too much finger coverage for a RHR, or a bit of both.

The 3 stones (between 3.5mm to 4.5mm) are nice and sparkly though- so I was thinking I could reset them into dainty solitare necklaces and layer them together (inspo pic below). But, I love the history of antiques and the thought of dismantling the piece doesn't sit super well. In that case, I could try to sell the ring, and use the $$$ to buy a pendant instead.

What would you do?

+1 for keeping it intact & selling!! :mrgreen2:

Sell it is as is!!!

I agree, sell it! It would be a shame to dismantle it.;)2

Another one voting to sell. It's such a beautiful antique ring. It would be a shame to dismantle it.

Thanks to everyone for helping me make up my mind!!

Just created a thread in the Preloved section=)2

Good luck with your sale.

Definitely sell.
It’s very attractive and worth more intact than separate diamond value and gold scrap for the rest of the setting. Plus you’ll pay a premium price to get those cute diamonds set, if you want a sweet diamond pendant, I’d go for “ready made”.

Glad you put this lovely ring up for sale and I hope it goes fast. It is lovely.
