Perhaps it means:

Platinum and 18 K Yellow Gold with 4 Round Side Diamonds and 2 Round Hidden Diamonds. If you look on the Jaffe site, their designs often include hidden diamonds. It''s really hard to tell from the picture what the two side by side stones are...........

that''s it! i couldn''t find that setting on their site, but i did notice they use the hidden diamonds (which i loooooove).
