Hmmm, hard to remember specific songs that far back but the groups I remember listening to:
Kinks, Psych Furs, Depeche Mode, Erasure, New Order, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Abba, and lots of others.

My first concert "on my own" was Avril Lavigne when my best friend and I were I think 17, and we drove an hour and a half away on our own to go. What an amazing night!!

I just went to Avril's show in september! I also saw her in 2008,but never before.You are lucky,I would have loved to see the bonez tour
