what size for a pendant

any suggestions? I am thinking of going for an G/H SI1 .35 .45 cw in a pendant- looking for a white gold bezel- I love the bezel slider on BG- also anyone know why BG has lower cost diamonds on their signature diamonds while a VG GIA on their website costs about 50% more? thanks for any/all advice. Do you think that this size is decent- I want this to be my last pendant- I have a few that look like crap- looking for a really nice looking pendant. Thanks for the help/advice!

If you want this to be your last then I would go on the high end sizewise just to be sure.

You would need to give us links to the stones you are talking about. We dont have enough information.

Are you looking for suggestions on stones? or whether or not to go with that setting?

I have a 0.42ct diamond from BGD in their bezel slider setting and thing it's a very nice size. It's perfect for everyday wear, I wear it with everything from T-shirt and jeans to a cocktail dress and it looks fab. I think if it were just for dressy occasions I would want somthing a bit bigger. I think the bezel setting is very simple and elegant but I know others on PS have had problems with it flipping. I think this depends on the length of the chain and where the pendant sits on your chest- I have the longer 18" chain so the pendant sits about an inch below my collor bones. Others who have wanted a shorter chain where the pendant sits between the collor bones have had problems with flipping and have been dissapointed with this setting.
