What size eternity band?

Hi everyone:

I am a long-time lurker on the boards and thanks to all of your great advice, my now fiance got me a beautiful 2.14 ct. round diamond solitaire in a classic six-prong Tiffany setting. I love it! I promise to post pics very soon.

Anyway, I am in the process of looking for an eternity band to go with my ring but am unsure what size will match nicely with my e-ring. I realize that they will probably not sit flush together.

Here are the stats of my e-ring:
- Size 7
- 2.5 mm width band
- 2.14 ct. round diamond (G color, VVS2 Clarity)

Any recommendations on size eternity band (carat size, width, etc)? I want to get something that looks nice with the size of my diamond and the size of my finger.

I'd do stones that are around 15 for that size diamond personally. If you want the center stone to really pop more, 10 pointers would be nice. is there anyway to get to a jewelry store that carries a lot of eternity bands so you can try some one with your ring in the different sizes? that really is the only way you will know which you prefer...
