What should I look for

Hi there,
I posted in another post about my trying to find a diamond for a wedding ring for my anniversary.

If I go back to the jeweler and tell her I want to look at Certs first before I look at the diamonds,

what exactly am I looking for for each thing.

I thought by going with a table of 55, and symmetry & Polish excellent or good and something in the lower 60% range for depth I was doing good.

What exact range should I be looking for if I go back and look at certs.

How much smaller is my diamond with a table of 55% and a depth of 64.4% going to look than something of ideal proportions.
