The missing information is symmetry and polish quality. You have the information for the proportions. Using this information, I ran each of these diamonds through the cut advisor.

For the 0.52 ct, HCA was 2.9 - very good, worth buying if the price is right
For the 0.51 ct, HCA was 2 - very good, worth buying if the price is right


If you are looking for diamond with the best quality cut, neither of these diamonds are it. If you are looking for a great value for a good diamond, you may be looking in the right direction.
