What makes differant colors?

I think that I know that different minerals will change the color of diamonds. Is there a list that will tell you what minerals make different color diamonds?

Some diamond hues are not the result of impurities.
Green is the result of radiation.
Pink and some other hues is the result of deformation of the crystal lattice structure.

Additionally, humans have developed other processes in laboratories to modify the color of diamonds.
