What is your blood pressure? Are you on medication?

I've been on lisinopril-hydrochlorothiazid (say that fast three times!) for four years. Before it, I averaged 135/90. Now I average 116/75 with a rhb of 68. It'd prob be lower if I changed my diet...

My blood pressure is usually low-ish, 100/70 when pregnant it was really low, and I got dizzy a lot. Advised to roll and rise slowly from bed. No meds
