I think it's purple from my observations.

If you're talking about photography of diamonds, then it's all colors for me. It doesn't matter how colorful my diamonds are under certain conditions, my hp camera and my lack of photography skills just can't capture them.

Pink diamonds in the lighter grades tend to just look white.

However, the absolute answer to your question is blue. The cones that detect blue light require more energy to activate and there are proportionally fewer of them.
