What is the difference which "Heart Modified Brilliant" and "Heart Brilliant"?

I am interest in one diamond, but on GIA report "shape and cutting style" was written "Heart Modified Brilliant". What is the difference which "Heart Modified Brilliant" and "Heart Brilliant"?

Should there be any concern about a Heart-Modified-Brilliant diamond?

The facet layout of the stone. Both can be stunning. (I used "both" in terms of both names on the report. There are a bunch of different possible facet layouts)
If the stone is beautiful then there is no concern over which it is called on the report.
