What is the deal with AGS000 stones at James Allen and WF?

I've been checking these sites since late March, and they have not added any new AGS000 stones. I really want to find an AGS000 stone in the .4 to .5 range, but they've not added any new ones in months! James Allen is preferable because they have the settings I like. What is the deal? Are these stones so rare that they don't come on the market that often?

I've been wondering the exact same thing in the 1.5 carat range.

Weird- turnaround times on AGSL's site say 5-7 days + shipping currently, so must be more of a supply thing than any backup in the lab.

Two totally different scenarios. James Allen is owned by a diamond supplier, so they are going to have mostly GIA stone just because the greatest percentage of stones are graded by GIA. In the case of Whiteflash, they have cutters who cut their ACA line and other AGS ideal cuts and they receive some new stones every few weeks. I am seeing a LOT of .4 stones a WF in ACA's.

Not sure what exactly you are looking for, but WF has some great ones now. A couple are new, too.

Ohhh, well WF specializes in AGS Ideal cut princess cuts and you won't be seeing those much at a vendor that has broad virtual listings.

Whiteflash has two great ones at .5+. As I said earlier, there aren't many stones cut in the .4 range. Realistically, you will have more choices at .5. I will also add that princess cuts face up on the small side anyway, so I wouldn't recommend going under .5.

I like a Halo setting and that's the problem. WF halo settings are a bit too pricey. JA has some in a better price range so I was hoping to go entirely through them...
