What is the best way to contact David Klass or Amy?

Hi All!
What is the best way to contact David Klass or Amy for the quote?
I am thinking resetting my current e-ring but would love to know the price range first.
Last time, I emailed him to his @aol account, but never got response?
I saw at other thread says that just ask Amy for the quote, but I just can not find Amy's contact.

Should I try on AOL email account again? or through FB or Etsy? or can someone advise me his contact info?

I emailed the aol account early yesterday morning for a rough estimate on a solitaire setting and I got a response back from David this evening at 7:00pm.

I had asked him the best contact if my husband decides to follow through with the upgrade and he said the aol address would be the best contact.

Very friendly and in my opinion quick responsive.

I got response yesterday! So excited! Do you mind I ask how long for him to draw CAD? I replied him for the drawing yesterday, will I get CAD in 2 days?

He did my CADs pretty quickly! Maybe within 2 days..
