This diamond is labeled as round modified brilliant. I tried putting this into the HCA tool but couldn’t due to not having the crown and pavilion info. The diamond is eye clean even though there’s inclusions in the middle - but curious peoples thoughts on it? I’ve attached the GIA0A9C4346-EEB9-4889-88FA-950437594B07.png

Do you have any pictures of the diamond? It’s really hard to tell why it was deemed a modified round brilliant just by the cert.

If that pavilion diagram is accurate, it looks like there’s a lot more pavilion mains than on a standard MRB? At a guess, it’ll have a very splintery face up view?

The diagram which may or may not match the faceting on the stone is a 16 main pavilion with RB crown.
Basically a round modified brilliant is a stone that's not a standard round brilliant faceting and is round but not a step or mixed cut.
If they dont have a diagram that exactly matches the stone they at times pick the closest one.
