What is Rosy Blue?

Are they just the manu / cutter? Do they sell also to consumers? Is it "branded"? Just wondering...I think it is just the manu...
My pendant''s GIA snippet (the little card inside the cert) says ROSY BLUE....

Rosy Blue is a very large diamond site holder. They cut from rough and make many different diamond cuts included some branded ones. They also manufacture finished jewelry. They operate as a retailer in some countires, too, but not n the USA. They are based in India. It is a very large company with many subsidiaries operating under other names all over the world. I have been told they have in excess of 40,000 employees.

LOL Neil....and thanks Dave...I also just saw their web site...the cert has a Rosy Blue belgium address...not that that means anything in light of the above info..So is this like 'there is DeBeers...there is Rosy Blue...there is etc etc'?
