What in the world is it?

Hi friends, this may not be the right place to ask this question as this doesn't look like any kind of precious stone to me, but I wonder whether anyone can identify what in the world this pendant is? Where it might be from, what it's made of, anything? Or if you know a better forum to ask, I'd be grateful for that too. Thanks!

Carved jade - representations of fruit are pretty common, I think, though I'm not sure of the exact symbolism.
