What does this mean, "Crown angles are greater than 40 degrees"?

I saw that above comment in quotes on a GIA cert. What does it mean? Is it bad?

not necessarily. pictures and ASET go a long way in telling you about cut.
 
Assuming its a round brilliant stone it's unlikely to be good news!!
The highest cut grade a round can achieve with >40' crown angle is fair with GIA or Good (but its not good!!) with AGS.
To be avoided!!

Often seen on fancy shape diamonds, is it a fancy shape in this instance? Apparently it isn't necessarily an issue, see this recent thread for more.
