What does this mean Additonal Pinpoints

What does it mean when you look at the bottom of a cert and it says additional pinpoints are not shown. How does this effect the diamond?

In no way... It simply means that there are some extremely small dot shaped inclusions (pinpoints) that were so difficult to see that the lab didn't plot them, as they wouldn't help identifying the stone...
