It mean their best rating for their definiation of cut, polish, sym.
Polish probably does not make much visual difference (I hear). I am shopping for the cut that I want but I am allowing polish and sym to be just very-good.
Remember when your speaking of the AGS report the second grade down for polish and symmetry is Excellent.
Excellent is GIA's best grade.
The true meaning of AGS000 is:
0 cut grade
0 clarity (Flawless)
0 color (D)
The slang term used today is as said in the last post meaning proportion, polish, and symmetry are all "Ideal" which equals a cut grade of 0. (Ideal being the AGS's top grade)
