Try to visit GOG and see the stone with your own eyes under different lighting conditions. Jonathan will provide LED, fluorescent and (I believe) incandescent. in any case, during my own visit, I was surprised to see that a stone listed online with a high Gemex ratings, i.e, the three-bar graph, was less beautiful to the naked eye than a similar-size/grade stone with slightly lower numbers. Jonathan also noticed that my stone (I ended up buying it!) exhibited deeper reds -- i.e., better light return -- when looking through the Firescope. While the online data is a useful way of narrowing down choices, the eye is the ultimate arbiter, IMO.
